OCCUPIED STAGING
IN ONE VISIT, Dannette will have the home you are living in staged and ready for listing pictures. We love to work with homeowners to make their homes look the very best they can.
Together WITH THE AGENT OR HOMEOWNER we will go room by room rearranging furniture, decluttering & redecorating using the homeowners things. Once we are finished, the homeowner will know what we are using for staging and what can be packed up.
At the end of the appointment, we will work outside and make a final to do list if needed including landscaping or paint colors.
If the homeowner is more comfortable taking notes on staging advice they can implement on their own later on, we can do that too.
starting @ $299 plus tax up to 3 hours
If needed, Dannette can go shopping for new decor like art and accessories to take the listing to the next level.
Time spent shopping/install is $100/hr.
(homeowner is responsible for paying for any additional items purchased to be used in their new home).
VACANT STAGING
EMPTY SPACES ARE BORING AND COLD.
Let us transform your vacant home into a model home.
Our goal is 2-fold:
1. making your homes pictures stand out among the competition when buyers are searching online
2. help buyers fall in love with your home as soon as
they walk through the front door.
We stage the first 5 rooms you see: ENTRY, LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, KITCHEN DINING, STUDY OR FORMAL DINING.
We can also stage the Master Bedroom and Bathroom for an additional fee.
When selling, you want to cast the widest net possible to appeal to the most number of buyers; so we are strategic in our transitional design and placement of furniture and accessories. We stay up with the latest styles, but avoid being locked into a trendy decor theme.
starting @ $3,500 plus tax for 2,200 or less square ft home
starting @ $4,000 plus tax for 2,201 plus square foot home
FaceTime Staging consultation
This is the same as an occupied staging, but can be done remotely instead of in person via FaceTime with the homeowner or the agent. During Covid, Dannette did occupied stagings via facetime to help the agents she works with continue to provide the best advantage for their sellers while keeping everyone at a safe distance. And now she is remotely staging homes across the country via FaceTime.
It's a win- win for the agent and homeowner.
$299 for listings under $499k for up to 2 hours
$399 for listings more than $499k
